Even though you and Adil are pros, the board and plantiffs at Westview Estates sometimes felt as if we were engaged in a David versus Goliath battle against some very high-powered and well-financed players.

Casey-Skoglund never gave up, they fought for us for five years. We filed a suit in 2004. Even though our lawsuit was thrown out of court two times over five years based on technicalities, Chris Casey never gave up or gave in.

Ours was a difficult suit against the developer of our building, turned over to the homeowners' association in 2001. Throughout, Casey and Skoglund's firm worked closely with the Board, securing most of the funds needed to fix the building; and if our appeal is successful, we will have the rest. These guys don't give up!
